Each synthesis is unique. The resulting yield is dependent on the sequence composition, length, and purification method; it is also impacted by other variables introduced in the manufacturing process such as chemistry lot, synthesizer, etc.
Our synthesis and QC processes did not change with the unit of measure switch to nanomoles (December 2019). The lower yield from this synthesis is likely a result of the variability that is inherent to the process for nucleic acid synthesis.
