Ribonucleoprotein delivery of CRISPR-Cas9 reagents for increased gene editing efficiency

Struggling with low editing efficiency or delivery problems in primary or difficult-to-transfect cells? In this presentation, learn about the advantages of using a Cas9:crRNA:tracrRNA ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex for genome editing. We show the benefits of using RNP complexes, including ease of use, limiting off-target effects, and stability.
